Extremely unethical teaching methods. I worked here for 6 months. My first week i was taken back by the teaching methods but was convinced the “end result” would be worth it. 2 years later and i think back about working there and i feel GUILT. They make you physically prompt the children to make them sit down at all times. You are constantly watched by upper management. If you don’t prompt every single movement/stim harmless or not, they will come in and tell you you’re not doing enough. They focus on making children as young as 2 years old “acceptable in society” rather than teaching them how to be more independent and embracing them. Upper management is rude at all times. They hire unlicensed teachers. They give their staff 0 support. I am praying for their downfall.
