Pros

Good work-life benefits, good team members. IT was good when I started out but went downhill after a year. Beneficial for freshers to gain about a year of experience.

Cons

Less career advancement, technology unfavourable to developers since the .Net platform is being ditched. No transparency in appraisals. Not advisable at all for IT positions.
