Pros

You receive a paycheck, working air and power.

Cons

EVP terribly micromanages, is rarely in office, treats team or shift leaders as though they do not matter. The agents are allowed to disrespect both leader’s & supervisors. Leaders & Sups are often asked to provide funds every holiday, or special event, clean the refrigerators, empty trash for adult agents. No one to voice concerns to because it is often reported back to the evp even if she’s the reported. The ones that works are expected to work harder. The ones that do little to nothing is promoted by working from home or going to back office. Anyone with with breath in their body can be a lead or Sup. Supervisors where was initially stated cannot work from home. There’s always a favorite that works from home but isn’t actually working..

Pros

Great pay, Creative Benefits Structure, There is a passionate group of individuals who make themselves known by the clear willingness to help others in and out of the company or a specific department. Those who are willing to learn and grow have ample resources.

Cons

Very large operation. Fully dependent on contract requirements. The number of individuals who are skilled AND willing to assist is not large. There is a 'luck of the draw' component based on hiring date and department due to the work reflecting the industry.
