Ability to bank holidays to be used at other times, mostly flexible scheduling.2 weeks vacation and additional sick leave accrual. Everyone is helpful and the training is very good. Opportunity for leadership development.
Cons
Very metrics based. Mandatory overtime a couple of months a year. Buying benefits can be expensive.
