Pros
The pay is good and paid training. Although, if you don't pass a fed background check before training is over you are furloughed without pay.
Cons
Mandatory Overtime. Little to no support from management. Strick schedule adherence. 30 minutes for lunch (even on an 11 hour day due to having to clock in and aux back without a minute delay) closing shifts work until the call que is clear or up-to an hour past closing on top of mandatory OT.
