The people with tenure. There are still a few folks, getting fewer every quarter, that were part of the old St.Bernard /Red Condor Company. Engineering folks are always willing to assist Customers

Where should I start and not get this objective review flagged. I'll say this, The company has had massive layoffs since the Sr Management change that took place after Q-2 2012. A major shift in strategy left Channel Partners out in the cold, and no warning was given to them. Board of Directors seem to think that the current Sr Management team will take them to the promised land when in fact they have lost at least 90% of their talent, due to layoff's, firing, and people not willing to work for a company that rewards politics. Remember this is an objective review. The technology is great for a niche product. However, Sr Management hire people with zero infosec experience and put them in key positions. If you ask a bus driver to fly a plane chances are he will wreck it or never get off the ground. Ex CEO, Chairman, made 3 Sr Management changes in 3 years. He doesn't realize that it is extremely hard to displace the industry giants with a niche product and issues with delivery. Now that they have a skeleton-crew office, it's a good guess that they are actually planning on closing the doors after lining their pockets with money, courtesy of the sweat and toil of people with many years of loyalty to this company. Hopefully the reputation will follow them and the next venture will think twice before placing ineffective management in key positions. It's hard to believe that a Telemarketing Manager with zero InfoSec experience can be given the crown jewels and commit to growing this company to $100 Million in one year. For that to happen they would have to displace $70+ Million from their competitors and do it with a sales team that is still learning the basics of Channel Sales.
