JUST A HEADS UP THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE EMPLOYEES DONT WORK HERE THEY CHEAT YOU OUT OF PAYCHECKS AND HOURS THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY I WORKED FOR NEW Beginnings FOR 2years I sent my best friend there she worked all the time until one day it got close to her 6months and they cut her hours. They were so uncaring of all the time and energy she spent working. JUST don't they are mean and they use you.

Cons

There are no benefits to beinf at this Jon besides you develop a relationship with your clients the staff don't Wipe the clients well after toileting they are mean to them an one of the lead staff scares the girls they do everything she says because they are scare of what she might do I'm reporting this company!

The residents is all, they meant the world to me.

Cons

Executive director and 1 employee did it for me. They talked trash about everyone, staff, residents, family of residents, and even their bosses. They wanted the pay that was it. The ED didn't care if the good ones walked and kept the bad as long as they didn't say no to her it was all good . It is not ok to leave someone in feces all night or urine, it's ok to give people wrong meds, it's ok to chart everything done but yet it isn't done. I really feel sorry for the residents they are getting neglected. I literally steered 5 families away from that place. Total embarrassment. Cooperate and upper management only care about money. The place is pathetic. It is a horrible place.
