Co-workers and residents are amazing

Cons

They allow supervisors to bully others, The management don't follow up abuse allegations, They are understaffed, Pick one or two people to care about and nothing more. They don't treat all the residents fairly, only choose one or two residents to do actives with and will falsify documents to hide this.

The residents is all, they meant the world to me.

Cons

Executive director and 1 employee did it for me. They talked trash about everyone, staff, residents, family of residents, and even their bosses. They wanted the pay that was it. The ED didn't care if the good ones walked and kept the bad as long as they didn't say no to her it was all good . It is not ok to leave someone in feces all night or urine, it's ok to give people wrong meds, it's ok to chart everything done but yet it isn't done. I really feel sorry for the residents they are getting neglected. I literally steered 5 families away from that place. Total embarrassment. Cooperate and upper management only care about money. The place is pathetic. It is a horrible place.
