You get to meet and care for some very sweet people, there is time to talk and get to know the residents.

Cons

Horrible management, very unorganized, a lot of staffing issues, and favoritism in this corporation. Over all not a good work experience.

The residents is all, they meant the world to me.

Cons

Executive director and 1 employee did it for me. They talked trash about everyone, staff, residents, family of residents, and even their bosses. They wanted the pay that was it. The ED didn't care if the good ones walked and kept the bad as long as they didn't say no to her it was all good . It is not ok to leave someone in feces all night or urine, it's ok to give people wrong meds, it's ok to chart everything done but yet it isn't done. I really feel sorry for the residents they are getting neglected. I literally steered 5 families away from that place. Total embarrassment. Cooperate and upper management only care about money. The place is pathetic. It is a horrible place.
