Pros

Insurance, stock, PTO are nice. Remote work. Learning more about the industry and about recruiting.

Cons

Limited support and direction for growth and development. $100 development reimbursement per year is not able to cover any worthwhile training. Managers will give you consistently positive feedback to your face and then agree to terminate your employment without so much as a performance improvement plan or thorough investigation
