Pros

Pay is pretty good , the equipment is new and well maintained.The boats are clean inside and the food is really good .Their insurance package is Bluecross of Louisana and is really a quality company.

Cons

They hire too many people the boats get crouded and the coordinaters arent really that great.The coordinaters dont get the supplies requested on time we found ourselves with out many times and had to ask other boats for stuff on a regular basis.

They pay for training with the caveat that you work it off for a certain amount of time. They have a lot of boats so if one doesn't work out, you can find one that is a good fit.

Cons

They promote whoever is most convenient, so a third mate who just graduated 6 months ago might be a chief mate but an experienced mate with capatains recommendations for the position will not get promoted, due to convenience. They don't pay anywhere near the best at all. They are one of the lowest paying in the gulf. During the economic downturn in the gulf they laid people off but the owners had a Ferrari delivered to the office while in the middle of layoffs. Real high class decision there.
