Pros

The amount of PTO (3 weeks) is middle of the pack, from my experience, but decent.

Cons

Don't be fooled into thinking you're going to be in good hands with the way leadership is currently set up. You are seen as nothing more than a cog in a machine. The West region is pitched as a start up, and it definitely has the feel of one (for better and worse). For one, the business model pushes for long hours, compromising the well-being of their employees. It's also expected that employees stay glued to their phones when responding to the smallest needs of their managers. Leadership needs people management training. Leadership in the West is quick to make assumptions on people and refuses to work with non like-minded employees. It's surprising HR hasn't stepped in considering that Edison International (a large and established organization) owns this entity. The company also has one of the highest employee turnover rates I've ever encountered. I would highly advice people to steer clear of this organization, specifically the West region.
