Pros
Edison Energy employs some of the most talented subject matter experts in the market. They provide advisory services always thinking about what is best for the customer. It is refreshing not to have to push our own individual projects or technologies, but rather focus on what the customer needs and deliver independent guidance on those needs. Personally, Edison Energy has provided me great opportunities for career growth, and Edison has a track-record of really rewarding the people who deliver for them.
Cons
As with any relatively young company, there are growing pains. Most of this is related to internal processes and not anything that is customer-facing. They are definitely improving.
