No day is the same, a lot of variety. For the most part, nice co-workers.

Cons

In my position, my supervisor is an extreme micromanager. Executive management is blind to the turnover in my department. Intense workload, unrealistic expectations. Also, HR is horrible. Noncompliant practices. Shameful.
