      Good opportunities to learn, company behaves ethically, it's doing interesting things

      There are lots of employees who have no perspective outside of Edison. Advancement is heavily influenced by politics since there are very few tangible opportunities to have an impact of company performance.

      Edison International is committed to safety, continuous improvement, operational excellence, integrity, respect and teamwork. Thoughtful treatment of employees during pandemic. A good place to work.

      Cons

      Has not adopted permanent telework. Does not provide incentives and bonus opportunities to consultants. Cost of living adjustments difficult to obtain due to constant budgetary issues exacerbated by government regulation.
