      Pros

      I was lucky to be blessed with a GM who had my best interest and professional advancement at heart. Any criticism I received was always constructive. While our office was small, it was like a family.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the job position requires extensive weekend shifts especially during the busy season. However, without these overtime hours the pay wasn't nearly enough to live off of. It did not make for a great work/life balance.

      Pros

      Room for growth, great energy and amazing staff.

      Cons

      Not really cons other than possible overtime and weekend work. That goes with the industry though and shouldn't really be a "con" when you have a passion for the work.

      Pros

      Meeting new exhibitors on show site. Attending shows for free.

      Cons

      Your schedule is never set. Your not sure if your working on the weekend until that Friday. Pay is the lowest in the industry .
