Management changes frequently and can sometimes slip through the cracks on managing. Vendor in a hotel.

Room for growth, great energy and amazing staff.

Cons

Not really cons other than possible overtime and weekend work. That goes with the industry though and shouldn't really be a "con" when you have a passion for the work.

Cons

Your schedule is never set. Your not sure if your working on the weekend until that Friday. Pay is the lowest in the industry .
