-work with MGM properties -the opportunity to network with exhibitors, clients, and hotel staff

Cons

-long hours and low pay -unprofessional management & staff -passive-aggressive staff -pay is not fair as you barely have anytime off -they do not care if you are sick and expect you to work until burnout -care more about the company than the employees -inappropriate questions and remarks -covert racists -too much gossiping and not enough minding their business

Room for growth, great energy and amazing staff.

Cons

Not really cons other than possible overtime and weekend work. That goes with the industry though and shouldn't really be a "con" when you have a passion for the work.

Meeting new exhibitors on show site. Attending shows for free.

Cons

Your schedule is never set. Your not sure if your working on the weekend until that Friday. Pay is the lowest in the industry .
