Cons
Every person they hired was a drug addict. I would take time to get to know someone and in the first couple mins they would tell me that they do drugs or did. Overworked. 100% under paid especially to the industry standard. No training i taught myself with time. Managers would drink at work. I proved i could handle alot and once i did that i was walked all over and did not receive the support i needed. I worked there for years without ever being given a review/raise. It was not due to my performance it was because what they had going on internally They used the pandemic to clean house and now they dont have the staff they need to produce large events.
