Pros

Flexible; you work the days you feel like working. If you're planning a career as a teacher or to work with children at all, this is great experience that looks good on a resume.

Cons

No benefits, and its unpredictable since you never know if you're going to get a call to work or not. You only get paid for the days you work so you don't get paid for holidays, snow days, winter and spring breaks, nor during the 3 months of summer.

We appreciate all feedback. EDUStaff does offer health and dental benefits to our employees, although the opt-in to these benefits are optional. With EDUStaff, we are a third party employer and staffing agency, anyone who signs on to work with our partnering school districts will be paid per assignment. As an EDUStaff employee, you are a part-time employee until you have been hired directly by a school district, who will then assign vacation and holiday paid benefits.
