You get to network and meet new people along with building great relationships with the clients, you become like family.
Cons
Depending on which Financial Advisor your assigned to can be a bit tricky because some people just do not know how to communicate and are just focused on only sales, so its as if you are invisible and your ideas are going in one ear out of the other. It can lead to a road of disaster because that person is not listening to you and when mistakes happened that could have been avoided is blamed on you when you constantly left in the dark.
