Pros

Solution focused environment, open communication throughout company, opportunities for growth and learning. Can tell it is family owned they actually care about their employees and have programs and systems in place to ensure we know this.

Cons

Procedures can change unexpectedly I don't really consider it a con be sure you can learn and adapt if aiming to work here.

Pros

Benefits and pay are reasonably good.

Cons

Very old-fashioned work environment with a restrictive dress code. New rules for prospect follow-up make the position feel more like telemarketing. Expectations have become increasingly unrealistic from the start. Managers are chaotic and often can’t be found when needed. Leasing staff are also required to work alone on weekends which feels unsafe.
