- Language barriers make prospect interaction harder, would love a translation service

-Everyone on the team is really nice and easy to work with -Food trucks come to the office on certain days in the summer, and there are lots of drinks and snacks -Leadership does a lot to make the office comfortable and nice to work in -It's a really calm and stable environment where no one lives in fear of layoffs or major staff reductions -I have work to do, but it's never overwhelming. This is not a "work hard, play hard" company. It's a "do good work and make sure to say good morning to everyone" type of company -Pay is pretty good, especially in the current market

-The pace is pretty slow, which is nice once you get used to it!
