Pros

Benefit is almost good

Cons

Very little smart people Very lazy people Only operators work Other engineer and manager are only talking too many politic Edwards like only people with experiences in a well-known company and they don't care about knowledge Automation department is based on chemistry engineer R&D engineer is based on six sigma and outside vendor Heart valve department are based on old process and very poor documentation Only try to pass FDA Maneger and Vp are all old and without any technical background For example only in my department one manager can work with SolidWorks VP and sr.manager and director are only concern about money and they hired only base on their last company 😒 Most of the people work with Outlook and Skype all day and waste time. I think people here sit around and only Waite for the payday and show they are busy It is the worst company that I work in 5 medical company
