Corporate has to many people telling the stores to do things 20 diffrent ways. There is no communication amoung corporate personel. Edwin used to try to make employees better in any means they could. no company will replace you when having problems. Managers have almost no say on how store is run. there are people running this company that dont know squat about the business!
