Pros
Working at Eezy has helped me grow immensely as I've learned so much about the graphic design industry. Due to the size of the company, I've been able to receive dedicated lessons from various employees and members of management that have taught me a lot about the industry and my strengths and weaknesses as an employee.
Cons
This job has been my first remote position, and since the majority of the employees work from their homes/setups all over the world, sometimes it is hard to fully work together as a team. I tend to prefer meeting in person, so always meeting via video chat is not as beneficial for me.
