Pros

A very great setup. The product, team and overall management approach is just amazing. The team has some of the smartest people you'll know.

Cons

Since some work remotely (me included) it's hard to connect live with them - sometimes that's a peaty but this also gives great flexibility.

At the time it had a Good culture. Friendly people.

Cons

If business goes down even slightly, mass layoffs can be expected. If a business idea doesnt go quite as hoped, layoffs can be expected. Sean doesnt like being challenged. Its a command and control structure.
