Pros

Eggplant is a great product, with great leadership. The management team was supportive of my professional and personal development, as well as encouraging a good work/life balance. The Philadelphia office has talented people on both sides of the house (tech and sales), which created a light and positive overall culture that will be missed. A fun group both in and out of the office. The only reason I left was a golden opportunity fell into my lap, otherwise I would still be working here.

Cons

Evolution and change is unavoidable as the company grows towards being an industry leader. Be flexible and forward-looking, embrace new opportunities and responsibilities as they arise, or be left behind.
