Eggplant is a growing organisation and has a lot of protentional especially after being enquired by Keysight Technologies. International environment what is existing but different time zones can also put pressure on you. C-Level Management is eager to work with you and likes to get involved with strategic accounts.

Cons

It still feels like a start-up company and a lot of admin is a part of your day job what takes valuable sales and customer focus time away.
