Constantly challenged with new sales cycles, sales challenges, prospects and customers to impress resolve and win. Great technology and great products that are very unique in the industry. Easy to engage customers with product differentiators.

Cons

Sometimes growing company frustrations but that often throws up the chance to grab more responsibility.
