Pros

- Casual, very friendly work environment. People are fun and lot's of social events - 2 free lunches per week, Bagels and casual dress on Friday, impromptu Happy hours in addition to scheduled ones. - C-Level execs are very smart and CEO Vineet Jain lives and bleeds Egnyte

Cons

- Management doesn't do a good job of providing employees with confidence in job stability. - LOTS of internal politics and drama, people between teams do not get along. Instead of remedying the situation, people just blatantly try to avoid each other and makes the situation worse. - Chain of command not really established, people often go around their own manager to get promoted or moved to another team. - High turnover, especially in Marketing and Sales. No job stability, at any time they could decide to let a handful of people go all at once. Would often see HR quietly cleaning out desks and removing name tags.

Pros

Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

Cons

No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
