Pros
I attended my second sales kickoff at Egnyte. And I can not say enough about it. I have worked at Egnyte for 2+ years and seen teams getting bigger with hiring continuing in almost every department. Starting from the top, our company culture is transparent and honest, and perhaps not for everyone since it lacks the soft touch. There is a no nonsense attitude which is refreshing! Product wise we are better than almost everyone else out there. Now with Egnyte Protect, the new product, along with Egnyte Connect I think we could really make this a huge company. We are in the right place and the right time, now its all about execution.
Cons
HR is weak and needs to be made bigger in terms of more people and also there should be focus on training for all employees, not just in engineering or marketing.
