      Pros

      You get to learn from the best. The management and executive time is extremely experienced and intelligent. They will always take the time to discuss ideas and meet with employees. Fast growing company provides an opportunity to develop skills and move between jobs and departments. Everyone is a team player, working to make the company successful.

      Cons

      More company sponsored events would be a nice reward for employees. Not a ton of benefits/perks

      Best Leadership I have ever worked with in SaaS. Data Driven, truly pay attention to effort, help reps succeed. It helps as well that the product is great

      Company is very frugal, sometimes tough to get spend approved

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
