      Pros

      Lots of brilliant engineers to work with and learn from them. Lots of interesting problems to solve and you can pick as many as you can solve. Every day has a new challenge and you feel satisfied of doing something good at end of the day.

      Cons

      HR is too slow or overworked. Any documents you need to get out of them takes time. No formal appraisal and review process.

      Best Leadership I have ever worked with in SaaS. Data Driven, truly pay attention to effort, help reps succeed. It helps as well that the product is great

      Company is very frugal, sometimes tough to get spend approved

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
