      Pros

      The people! From the interview process to now, everybody shows so much love and support. Leadership and management are intentional about helping you figure out your career path. Everyone is very capable and driven, yet humble and always willing to help. You feel welcomed from the start.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
