      Pros

      I’ve been here for a bit more than one year now. So far a great experience a year in. My manager is very supportive and encourages new ideas to bring to the table. The culture has improved a lot in last year with the new HR team adding more fun events and benefits. We use to only have two people but it seems Egnyte is putting a bigger effort to take care of the employees. Ping pong, shuffleboard and gaming area in support if you’re interested and tons of snacks in the office.

      Cons

      Only two free lunches/week. Some teams will have career development but lacking a companywide program across Egnyte.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
