      Pros

      Despite sheltering in place, work still feels like work (minus the long commutes) and truly forces us to practice what we preach as the product is utilized internally to insure a successful "work from anywhere" situation. Leadership has been really transparent with open townhalls and all hands sessions, and HR has been effective in transitioning our perks to accommodate our lockdown with virtual yoga, mental health workshops, and seminars to improve our professional goals.

      Cons

      Compared to the other offices, the HQ in Mountain View isn't as flashy, and really creates an underwhelming environment. Working from home is more enjoyable because, unlike the office, its not as dark, can be pet-friendly, and has better commuter benefits.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
