Pros
The Egnyte platform is a good product with many satisfied customers, which makes the job of selling it much easier. For European customers, there is excellent support with a datacentre in Europe as well as a large Engineering & Tech Support office in Poland. The four founders are still leading the company with lots of passion, and they are always willing to support our local customer engagements.
Cons
With the fast growth that the company is experiencing, many internal processes don't get adequately documented making it harder in the beginning of the employment. There is at times, a need to be online late in the evenings to work with the back-office departments in the HQ in Mountain View.
