      Pros

      The company is in a hot space and could have been a serious threat to Box and Dropbox if they fixed their corrosive work culture.

      Cons

      No concept of work-life balance. Team Leads and managers are extremely unprofessional - routine use of racial slurs and occasional violence in team meetings. Unreasonable deadlines. Penny-pinching when it comes to investing in Engineering resources leading to a crippled Engineering team.

      Best Leadership I have ever worked with in SaaS. Data Driven, truly pay attention to effort, help reps succeed. It helps as well that the product is great

      Company is very frugal, sometimes tough to get spend approved

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
