      Pros

      Product seems good but management can't pull their heads out of their butts

      Cons

      Where to begin. They basically have no strategy other than undercut the market and pretend Microsoft doesn't exist. Management has erroded culture completely and will cut a whole office in a minute to save a few bucks. Big beware. Go anywhere else.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
