      Pros

      The company has great technology and great products and customers like the products. People are very willing to help and educate you when you ask them questions about what they are working on. Work is fast paced, typical of Silicon Valley, but at the same time rewarding since things get done quickly rather than take months or years like in some very large companies. Company has been growing very rapidly and hiring a lot of people in different departments.

      Cons

      With the fast growth and everyone working from home, it's not easy to get to know and work closer with all the new employees that are added every day. Some decisions are made without sufficient analysis and that can effect in-progress projects.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
