They all talk about how great the company culture is but Egnyte is the 1st company I've worked at where it is actually true. Egnyte does a great job keeping the company culture thriving.
Cons
None really to be honest. This is not a con for me but sometimes there are certain processes that aren't 100% figured out and need some work. However, this is not at all a con for me and I see it as an opportunity to pioneer and pave the way for future employees. And the great thing is your ideas and feedback are always taken into consideration. If you are successful at navigating the gray areas you will love it here.
