Pros

Great Product. Great Potential. Great people.

Cons

Majority of reps will be well under their OTE Management is focused on hiring numbers while the current reps are really struggling. So many of us have closed virtually zero business the entire year. (These are some extremely talented individuals) It is hard to see new folks come in knowing the struggles they will face Ramping up the number of reps is only going to make this that much harder when lead gen and accounts are so non existent

Best Leadership I have ever worked with in SaaS. Data Driven, truly pay attention to effort, help reps succeed. It helps as well that the product is great

Cons

Company is very frugal, sometimes tough to get spend approved

Pros

Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

Cons

No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
