      Pros

      Super supportive teams, both direct and cross-functionally. Collaboration is a part of the culture. It's growing and changing, which allows me opportunities to flex my creative muscles and impact some of the changes that are taking place. The c-suite is pretty accessible--most (all of?) the founders are still involved and clearly believe in the company and its potential.

      Cons

      None from my perspective. I suppose some might think the rapid growth we're going through is unappealing, but I think there are a lot of passionate people here who enjoy growth-culture and seeing the fruits of their labor.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
