      Pros

      This company has a lot of things going for it. Incredible leadership and an even more impressive product offering. The content management and governance solution is a relevant conversation given the hybrid workforce environment and the push to the cloud from on-prem data management.

      Cons

      Underpays from a base perspective compared to similar positions in the Raleigh-Durham area. They also sell to both commercial and through the channel, so rep conflicts do occur and can be frustrating.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
