      People with best engineering talent, Great learning. Amazing work culture with Remote first policy in India. Encouraging and supportive team members and leaders. Work timings are flexible which help in amazing work-life balance.

      Nothing at this moment, but some benefits can be improved for remote folks.

      Best Leadership I have ever worked with in SaaS. Data Driven, truly pay attention to effort, help reps succeed. It helps as well that the product is great

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
