      Pros

      Not a lot of cutthroat competition within sales teams, great ability to work with each other.

      Cons

      Way too much turnover. CEO likes to talk big, but the reality is that this is a very small player in the File-sharing market. CEO always stated his purpose for going public is to help all of his employees, however hard to understand this as he readily lays off or fires staff quite often. Way to much turnover across all departments mostly because executives either can't achieve revenue goals or they want to change directions too much.

      Best Leadership I have ever worked with in SaaS. Data Driven, truly pay attention to effort, help reps succeed. It helps as well that the product is great

      Company is very frugal, sometimes tough to get spend approved

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
