      Pros

      - Casual dress and environment - Free lunches twice a week - Great product that we're selling - Great and knowledgeable team - Flexible time off schedule - Very collaborative, most everyone in office willing to help each other

      Cons

      - High turnover - Constantly increasing quota; goals are a moving target - Bureaucratic nightmare if you have a question that no one in the remote office can answer

      Best Leadership I have ever worked with in SaaS. Data Driven, truly pay attention to effort, help reps succeed. It helps as well that the product is great

      Company is very frugal, sometimes tough to get spend approved

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
