A whole lot of favoritism going on both in new hires and promotions. Leadership is clueless to the realities of sellers on the front line. I’m not sure what “culture” people keep referencing to on other posts because there is none, just a lot of people doing CYA work. A lot of managers are completely incompetent and have no clue how to coach or actually support you as a rep, just deal micro management. Leadership twists and turns the meaning of the company ROE to whatever is favorable to them. An all around toxic work environment lead by untrustworthy people. They ran pluralsight into the ground and are now in the process of doing the same thing at Egnyte.
