      Pros

      Just completed 6 years with Egnyte, the journey so far has been a roller coaster ride. There is always lot of interesting stuff to do. So far Egnyte has maintained the innovation pace and startup feel and continues to impress me. There is minimal politics in Engineering and it has a very performance oriented culture. The team has a lot of raw potential that was evident by 14 teams participating in hackathon conducted last month.

      Cons

      As we are growing we have some growing pains and minor tech debt but nothing that can't be solved and we are working on it.

      Best Leadership I have ever worked with in SaaS. Data Driven, truly pay attention to effort, help reps succeed. It helps as well that the product is great

      Company is very frugal, sometimes tough to get spend approved

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
